Is Graphene better than a Ceramic Coating?
- Yes, we find that the Graphene Coating performs better in regulating the temperature of your paintwork. This is super important in slowing down the etching process of contaminants when they land on your paint. For this reason, the coatings are better equipped to combat contamination and easier to maintain when it comes to your routine cleaning regime. Furthermore, durability tends to stretch well beyond that of your typical ceramic coating.
Can the graphene coating be applied to other areas?
- Yes, it is a very versatile serum that can be applied to areas such as your glass and wheels. The areas just need to be carefully prepped and cleaned prior to the application.
What happens next after the application?
- Once your car has been coated, we recommended parking the car indoors overnight at the very least. This just helps the coating to cure and harden, without any potential variations (eg. rain and environmental pollutants). Typically the coatings dry almost instantly, but the time to reach its maximum gloss and hardness can take up to a week. In this period, please refrain from washing the car.
Do Graphene Coatings prevent scratches?
- Yes it certainly can. But, does this mean your car will be scratchproof? No and unfortunately, there is nothing on the market that offers such properties. Installing a Graphene Coating will not make your car bulletproof or immune to getting dirty, it still nonetheless, requires proper care and maintenance with routine yet, seamless car washing. It is key to note that it does deliver an elite level of abrasion resistance, so this does mean it will take a lot more force to create scratches on a coated surface vs a non-coated surface. That is not all, but Graphene Coatings also provide advanced resistance against chemicals, heat and much more – one of the best ways to protect your cars paint and market value.
How soon can you drive your car after a graphene coating?
- Allow the car graphene coating to cure overnight before driving it the next day for safe measures. It is always recommended to not wash the car for the next week or 7 days just to allow the gloss and paint protection to fully cure and harden. Driving is still okay, though.

- We operate across Sydney and surrounding suburbs as a mobile service and will require access to power and an outdoor tap onsite. An enclosed area such as a car port, double car garage are ideal, but not always mandatory – please contact our team for available options.
